Vacation Bible School 2026 Registration Form

At Illumination Station VBS, kids will be challenged to answer Jesus' important question to His disciples, "Who do you say that I am?" As they explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals, kids will discover that Jesus is the light who brings hope to a dark world.

Jesus spoke to them again: "I am the light of the world. Anyone who follows me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life." John 8:12
Please fill out the form below to register your child for Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Axis Madison. VBS will be held July 13 - 17 from 6 - 8:30 pm, Monday - Friday. A free light dinner will be served for all families at 5:15pm each evening.

Vacation Bible School is for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade at the end of the 2025/2026 school year. Children have to have been born before August 15, 2021, to be eligible to participate.
 
 
 
Please note: Nightly theme-based snacks are served during the evening. This could include fruit, chips, and cookies. Gluten-free selections will be available. If your child is unable to consume these items, please feel free to send them with a snack they can enjoy.

All children must be dropped off and picked up by an adult. The person dropping off the child will be given a security tag that must be presented at the time of pick up.

By registering for VBS, you understand that The Axis Church, formerly known as Madison First Baptist Church, may take and use pictures of your child that may be included on the website/social media/print publications, and that no personal information about any children will appear with those pictures.
